BIOGRAPHY Narciso Elvira (born Narciso Chicho (Delgado) Elvira) is a former Major League Baseball pitcher. Elvira was purchased by the Milwaukee Brewers from the Mexican League in 1986. He played with the team at the Major League level in 1990.While playing for the Osaka Kintetsu Buffaloes, Elvira pitched a no-no on June 20, 2000. He is the only Mexican to do so in the Nippon Professional Baseball League.

Biography Bienvenido "Ben" Rivera Santana (born January 11, 1968 in San Pedro de Macoris, Dominican Republic) is a retired professional baseball pitcher. He played three seasons in Major League Baseball from 1992-1994 for the Philadelphia Phillies and Atlanta Braves. He was a member of the 1993 National League Champion Phillies. He also played two seasons in Nippon Professional Baseball for the Hanshin Tigers in 1998-1999, and one season in the Korea Baseball Organization for the Samsung Lions in 2001.
